Maris business dates back to 1987 when its founders Mario Faganelli and his wife Maria Angela Vignoni joined their long professional experience in the textile and mechanical world to create this successful company. It began manufacturing men’s, women’s and children’s hosiery at national level and continued growing until becoming an international market leader. Now Maris exports throughout Europe with a production that covers 5 main lines — Classic, Fashion, Technical Sport, Public & Military and Working. All items are manufactured in house, which allows combining craftsmanship with high automation and standardisation of the production to better address any market challenges and the variegated dynamics of technology innovation.
